- Appointments for serial numbers 05-09 will be made under the KPK Civil Servant Rules, 1989, and candidates must be registered with the District Employment Exchange, Peshawar.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. No separate call letters will be issued.
- The department has the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.
- Candidates must bring original CNIC, educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of interview.
- Appointments will be made strictly on merit and according to government rules.
