TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The zones as listed in the above advertisement, their breakup is available on ETEA website https://www.etea.edu.pk/ as well as on Rescue-1122 official website https://rescuekp.gov.pk/.
- Candidates will be allowed to appear for the physical/screening test provisionally. However, a detailed check will be conducted by the appointing authority, and if a candidate is found to be ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
- Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
- Mandatory Physical Test:
- Running 01 mile in 07 minutes for male candidates with a minimum height of 5'6" and a chest of 33".
- Running 01 mile in 09 minutes for candidates aged 40 years and above.
- Running 01 mile in 09 minutes for female candidates with a minimum height of 5'2".
Screening/Written Exam and Interview Passing Limit: For BPS-01 to BPS-16: 40% marks and above.
Screening/Written Test marks will be considered in the final aggregate/selection process as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rules as follow:
- Educational Criteria: 70 Marks
- Weightage of ETEA Test: 20 Marks
- Interview: 10 Marks
KPK will conduct aptitude/skill test (i.e. driving, computer literacy, diving, etc.) in various cadres where required which will be considered as a screening tool for the selection process.
Diplomas from prohibited boards/councils etc. will not be considered as notified by TEVTA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) will verify the documents from the concerned Board/Council/Universities and will check the original certificates/degrees and mark sheets at the time of quality check. Any candidate who fails to appear in the quality check process will not be considered for further recruitment process.
Candidates are required to bring their original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) for all tests/interviews. They will also have to bring their original certificates/degrees and mark sheets attested by the concerned boards and universities at the time of interview.
Only valid driving licenses issued by the Government of Pakistan will be considered. Fresh applicants for driving licenses will not be considered for Tokens Drivers (BPS-06).
After approval by the selection committee, candidates will undergo a medical examination at the Police and Services Hospital, Peshawar.
Selected candidates will be required to undergo a mandatory training of six (06) months, or as prescribed, and pass all required examinations.
Selected candidates will be required to produce a Police Clearance Certificate before receiving an offer of appointment.
Selection will be made purely on merit.
Selected candidates will have to submit a surety bond on a stamp paper, duly countersigned by the Oath Commissioner, confirming compliance with the terms and conditions of service
Candidates must be eligible in all respects as on the last date for submission of applications.
